Who we are

Three Six Zero provides Tasks by Hexagon for approved users to organize and share work. For privacy questions or requests, email michael@threesixzero.com.

Information we use

Tasks uses your account ID, email and profile information to identify you and control access. It stores the tasks, comments, attachments, assignments and sharing choices you enter to provide the workspace.

Tasks also records activity and usage time, notification preferences, connection records and operational information such as errors and email delivery outcomes. Administrators and team leaders can see per-person activity and usage metrics.

Your Google account

Google sign-in uses basic identity information. Calendar and Gmail require separate authorization:

  • Calendar: Tasks can read availability and event information to help plan meetings, create events, invite guests and add Google Meet links. It stores meeting details and an encrypted connection handle.
  • Gmail: Tasks can send task-list PDFs to configured recipients. The connector requests sending permission, not inbox-reading permission. Full-list summaries can include private tasks; team summaries filter them out. Recipient addresses and delivery outcomes may be recorded.

Check recipients before arranging a summary. Private visibility in Tasks does not stop content being included in a full-list email you configure.

AI features and service providers

When you use AI features, your input and app-supplied context pass through Lovable’s AI gateway to OpenAI or Google models. The assistant receives recent conversation context and the current task information supplied by the app, including private task titles, even if your request does not concern every listed task. Photo scanning sends your image and task context to identify tasks marked complete.

Lovable currently provides the app’s hosting and backend. Google supports sign-in and optional connections; email and device push services deliver messages. Information is shared with workspace users according to permissions and with the guests or email recipients you select.

Storage and your choices

Your tasks, comments, attachments and settings are stored on the app’s servers so they are available across your devices. They stay there until they are deleted. When you delete a task, comment or attachment you are allowed to remove, it is removed from the app straight away rather than hidden.

Browser storage supports sign-in and offline work. The offline cache has a maximum age of 14 days and is cleared when you sign out; this is not a server-data retention period.

You can change sharing, delete available tasks, comments and attachments, disconnect Calendar or Gmail, and disable notifications. These controls do not recall emails already sent, remove recipients’ copies or automatically delete existing calendar events.

For anything you can’t remove yourself, including access, correction, export or deleting your account, email michael@threesixzero.com. Three Six Zero reviews each request and may need to confirm which account it concerns.
